High Holy Days

To our Dear Neighbors, Congregants, Worshippers, Members, and our Fellow Jews,
Hollywood Temple Beth El welcomes you to experience the High Holy Day Services for 5777 at our historic site in the heart of West Hollywood. We combine the sacred traditions of our ancient heritage with the contemporary readings and commentary by Rabbi Norbert Weinberg and the moving melodies of our cantorial leaders.
Our charge is $200 per ticket and 25% off discount for purchases of 4 or more tickets. This covers all High Holy Day services. Your payment enables us to function throughout the year and maintain our programs, most which we offer to the public at no charge year round. We offer special consideration to students at half price. For those that would like to volunteer in assisting us with the preparation or other aspects of the services, please contact the office for additional terms. Our office can be reached Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Friday mornings by dialing (323) 656-3150.
Should you wish to include a special identification of your loved one in our Yizkor (remembrance) program, for $50.00, we will include the name and make such recognition known.
Hollywood Temple Beth El is a 501c3 charitable organization and we welcome and appreciate any donations. We will respect any personal privacy concerns you have in this regard.

Book Of Rememberance

It is the tradition of the HTBEL to publish our High Holidays Days Remembrance and Memorial Book as loving reminder of those we held close. This book offers a source of comfort to those of us who grieve and honors the life and memory of our loved ones. It includes the names of those who remember the ones who being honored are as welll as the special prayers and meditations for use when observing Yahrzeit. Prayers and mediation are written in Hebrew, English and Russian.
