Second Night Seder Highlights the Exodus through the eyes of a Hebrew Boy

Second Night Seder at Hollywood Temple Beth El

through imagination in song and story of a child who leaves Egyptian bondage on
Tuesday, April 15
The Seder and Innovative retelling of the Haggadah will be led by Rabbi Norbert Weinberg of Hollywood Temple Beth El and Rabbi Jerry Cutler of the Creative Arts Temple with special music, story-telling and community participation led by award-winning Bill (Yuval) Burnett, writer, composer and creator of Television and Live Theater.
There will be a gourmet kosher for Passover Seder.
Costs are $85 for adults, $45 for children 13 through college, $25 for children 6-12. Deadline for reservations is April 10th.
Bill Burnett’s songs have been recorded & performed around the world by Bette Midler, Patti Lupone, and dozens of others. His musical theater company, Jubilation Musical Society, has performed the original Jewish musicals “The Young Maccabees” and “MEM” have been performed at the Skirball and Adat Ari El in Valley Village, respectively. His most recent “Guitorah” concert examined the Megillah through “drashsong”, a new liturgical/musical form.
